History
Early ISD was established in 1931 and known as the Early Common Consolidated Rural High School District. The oldest remaining building from the early years of the district is the red brick building on the primary/elementary campus.

Facilities and Construction
Student population continues to be a key factor in planning the future of Early ISD. The main elementary campus building was constructed in 1974. The high school campus was constructed in 1980, with additions in 1995 and 2000. The new primary campus main building was completed in 1991, and a new middle school campus was completed in 1998. All campuses are air conditioned and every campus has a gymnasium. Cafeterias are located at the high school, middle school, and on the primary/elementary campus. In recent years, the district has purchased several parcels of land that will allow the district ample space to provide for growth years to come.

Technology
Early ISD is proud of its state of the art technology access via a district-wide network. The district maintains multimedia computer labs at every campus and computers in every classroom.
